The initial size of the patient’s breasts is A cup (1), with a slight ptosis (drooping of mammary glands) that appeared after nursing. In the course of endoprosthesis, an anatomical implant with a volume of 215 cc was installed. This was achieved through periareolar access. The upper, inner and central parts of the implant are placed behind the muscle, a small part – behind the fascia. Breasts size after augmentation mammoplasty – a larger B cup (2.5).

This woman has appealing, but small breasts (initial breast size a full A cup (1.5)) that appear smaller due to contrast with her wide chest. During breast augmentation an anatomical implant with a volume of 250 cc was installed through periareolar access. The prosthesis is placed behind the pectoral muscle. Breasts size after augmentation – C cup (3). Breasts look very natural and appear harmonious with the chest width.

Before the surgery, the patient had A cup (1) size breasts. She wished to have an enlargement that would increase this by two cup sizes. The woman was tall and had a wide chest. For these reasons, I used a round, extra soft implant of 340 cc. As requested by the patient, the incision was made under the breast; the implant is placed behind the muscle and partly behind the fascia. As a result, the patient has a C cup (3) breast size.
